LARGA General
Information
LARGA Is Easy To Join...and Easy
To Play!
Joining
LARGA
requires
buying
an
annual
membership
for
the
price
of
$20.00.
We
prefer
that
you
join
by
clicking
the
“
Join
”
menu
tab
above
and
filling
out
the
registration
form.
By
providing
your
name,
address,
phone
number
and
email
address,
we
can
send
you
the
LARGA
Newsletter,
contact
you
with
any
pertinent
news
(e.g.
a
lost
and
found
item)
or
announcements
during
the
year.
We
won’t
bug
you
unnecessarily
or
try
to
sell
you
anything.
See
the
Privacy
Statement
for
more information.
There
is
a
LARGA
representative
for
many
of
the
local
courses.
A
sheet
is
normally
posted
at
the
course
that
indicates
pertinent
information
such
as
the
contact
info
for
the
rep.
so
you
can
see
him
about
purchasing
a
membership.
In
some
cases
the
Pro
Shop
will
sell
you
the
LARGA
membership directly.
To
join,
you
should
be
retired.
That
does
not
mean
you
can't
be
working
at
all.
Many
members
keep
themselves
busy
with other work.
The Weekly Process
Once
you
are
a
member,
each
week
you
buy
a
ticket
for
play
the
following
week.
You
buy
from
either
a
LARGA
rep,
or
from
the
Pro
Shop
if
possible.
The
deadline
is
Thursday
of
the
preceding
week.
The
Pro
Shop
should
accept
cheques
only.
In
order
to
simplify
things,
we
ask
that
each
week
you
buy
your
tickets
at
the
same
course,
as
each
course
is
given
only
sufficient
tickets
for
their
demand.
If
you
have
a
friend
who
would
like
to
try
LARGA, a guest ticket can be purchased.
All
tickets
are
$24.00
including
breakfast.
Carts
are
extra
at
$25.00/cart.
NOTE
THAT
NO
SINGLE
SEAT
FEES
APPLY.
If
you want a cart, either share the fee with a
cart
partner
of
pay
the
entire
$25.00
yourself.
On
the
morning
of
tee-off
registration,
your
ticket
is
checked
and
you
are
assigned
a
tee-off
number.
